Spread Rate:
While the spread rate is directly dependant on the surface profile and also the type of undulations it has, over spray and also the equipment Ritver Roof coating compound would cover app 1 2 m2 /liter.
Drying Time (30 C):The curing period will depend on the coat thickness, climatic conditions etc. Please ensure that the coating is fully dry and cured before exposure to rainfall and water.
Recommended DFT: :1 to 2 a few mm thick (depending on the degree of protection required).
A good surface preparation and following the method statement / recommended system procedure of Ritver is an ideal recommendation for the application of Ritver Roof Coating compound.
For Roofs of various types:
Achieve a good and clean surface by removing all contaminants and loose particles by cleaning & drying. A laitance free surface should be achieved by good sweep blast or a wire brush. In case of interiors it is advisable to clean with a damp cloth.
Exclusions for successful application include perpetually wet surfaces and also large cavities on wood, concrete surfaces.
Ritver Roof coating compound can be applied by brush, roller, trowel or spray. Apply first coat diluted with 2-3% sweet y 2nd and 3rd coat without dilution to achieve film thickness 2-3mm. Allow to dry overnight between successive uate ventilation is an ideal situation as it helps in drying and the good application itself. Avoid high humid conditions i..e., 95% when condensation is likely to interfere and also when the surface temperature is at least 3c above dew point.
One can add 5 to 10% of sweet water for ease of application depending on the suitability of application.
1.Brush/ Roller: Apply an even coat spreading uniformly.
2.Trowel: Apply an even coat spreading uniformly.
3.Spray: Make an uniform spray of the product with just enough dilution.
