Ritver Sealguard 30-80AF is vapor barrier coating for indoor and outdoor Duct Coating for thermal insulation. It has good water resistance, flexible and low water vapor permeance. It can be used in high humid environment.
It is based on high performance polymer dispersion and non-toxic & non-hazardous ingredients.

Ritver Sealguard 30-80AF shows exhibits strong sealant properties on top of insulating material being used for lagging and wrapping on A/C ducts and chilled water piping, dry concrete, finishing cement, and Polystyrene foam.

Ritver Sealguard 30-80AF provides a protective shield for heat insulation on A/C ducts and cold water piping. It is non-flammable in wet state and an environment friendly product.

Ritver Sealguard 30-80AF has better compatibility with polystyrene and polyurethane foam contains no added lead, mercury, or asbestos materials.

Spread Rate: While the spread rate is directly dependant on the surface profile and also the type of undulations it
has as a thumb rule Ritver Sealguard 30-80AF would cover 2 -2.5 m2/ltr.

Service Temperature Limits : - 15C to 90C

Drying Time (30 C) : Touch Dry 1 hrs
: Hard Dry 14 Hours

Recommended DFT : App 100-120 microns per coat



A good surface preparation and following the method statement / recommended system procedure of Ritver is an ideal recommendation for the application of Ritver Sealguard 30-80AF. Stir well. DO NOT THIN. Apply only on clean dry, oil & grease free surfaces. Keep container closed when not in use.



BRUSH
Use paint brushes to apply and spread out uniformly.


SPRAY
Ritver Sealguard 30-80AF may be airless spray applied. Airless Spray Recommendations would be Pressure/ Tip Size: 2000- 2500 psi/0.018' -0.021'. .Average viscosity range: 40 -70poise is suggested.
Subsequent treatments: After drying this product does not need any top coat however it can be top coated with alkyd enamel. Other paints needs to be tested for uate ventilation is an ideal situation as it helps in drying and the good application itself. Avoid high humid conditions i.e., 95% when condensation is likely to interfere and also when the surface temperature is at least 3c above dew point.
Caution: Over diluting would result in sag and run downs.

STORAGE & SHELF LIFE
Under dry and cool condition, Storage stability can be sound up to 6 months in original sealed containers.
HANDLING
Disposal: As per the guidance and legislations of the local Authority e.g., by controlled landfill. In case of doubt, consult local authority. Do not empty into drains, sewers or other water courses.
