PERMIX inline mixers are used for the mixing, dispersing and homogenizing of solid & liquid, liquid & liquid in a circulating or continuous way. Thanks to the self-pumping function of the stator-rotor system, the materials of low viscosity can be drawn through the input pipeline into the work head without an extra pump. However, for materials with a viscosity up to thousands of mPas, it is recommended that the mixer should work with a pump.

Different options are available according to individual processing:
- One-, two-, three, or multi- rings on single stator-rotor
- One-, two-, three-, or multi- stages of stator-rotor system
- Single mechanical seal or double ones
- Carbon steel, SS 304, SS 316L, SS 316Ti or others
- Flange connection or quick clamp connection
- Machine located on a base or on a trolley
- CIP (Cleaning in place) or SIP (sterilizing in place)

Choose the Right Mixers:
Different stator-rotor system should be selected according to individual processing conditions and *ng processing, rotor speed can be controlled by a frequency converter in order to achieve the optimum result. Please contact us for more technical support.
