PERMIX batch powder dispersers are the variant of PERMIX jet agitators.

Due to the special design of the stator and rotor of PERMIX jet flow agitators, vacuum is generated by the high speed rotary rotor in the deflector tube. With help of the vacuum, powder is able to be introduced into the liquid through a specially machined pipe assembly, and dispersed just at the moment it gets in touch with the liquid. Because the powder is wetted and dispersed continually, there is no chance for forming of fish eyes and agglomerates.

With PERMIX batch powder disperser, it is not necessary to pour the powder into traditional hopper. You can transport the powder easily with the handheld hose from any unshaped containers, e.g. bags, big bags, barrels, or even piles of powder on the ground. This avoids the powder floating problem and has no risk to the employee health.
