we take this opportunity to introduce ourselves as the leading and progressive company based in hyderabad & daman (union territory-160 kms from mumbai) involved in the manufacture of injection molded plastic pails & containers. we have a processing capacity of about 100,000 tonnes per annum and we are the single largest pail manufacturers in india.
we cater to the paint, lubricant, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, food and fmcg industry. our blue chip clientele includes, castrol, british petroleum, castrol-iran, exxon mobil, shell, pennzoil, chevron, ,gulf ,reliance, tide water oil(veedol), asian paints, kansai nerolac paints ,ici paints, jotun, sherwin williams paints etc, we are the pioneers to introduce the concept of plastic pails in the country.
we are the first company in india to sta ...rt iml (in mould labeling) concept for plastic pails.
we are an iso 9001-2000 certified company and moldtek is the only one stop shop in india to produce injection, blow and pet containers under one roof.
we have an in-house tool room equipped with 3d cnc mikron machines, supported by latest cad/cam facilities. we design and manufacture moulds & thereby the time is considerably reduced as far as the new product development and maintenance is concerned.
we have a huge manufacturing facility with over 40 injection molding machines of premium makes like l&t demag, mitsubishi, engel, cincinnati, windsor etc.,
we have our own decorative facilities with offset, automatic screen printing, thermeage hot foil transfer and shrink sleeving.
