This is a 3000 litre heavyduty mixer/blender for high viscosity semi-flowing products such as polymerbound sprayplaster, tileadhesive, jointfillers, external decorative coatings etc. - All parts in contact with media are made of high quality Swedish stainless steel.
The unit is usually supplied placed on three 'load' cells with a control panel for batching and operation in manual or automatic mode.
To ensure complete homogenisation of product the unit has three separate mixing tools with side-scraper powered by separate variable speed controlled motors having a total power of 118 kW.
The unit is further supplied with valves and controls for liquid inlets and a 200 mm bottom outlet for quick discharge to a holdingtank (supplied as extra on demand). For this machine we also recommed that you look at DualHead Filling machine specially made for semiflowing products.
