It made up of material feeding, weighing, frame, and pneumatic controlling system.
Feeding device feed material quickly and slowly by cylinder
Weighing System: Weighing Frame, sensor and weighing conveyor. Weighing conveyor connect with frame by sensor. It should not add any drive during working. It could adjust the filling nozzle height by wheel.
Operation:
Manual loading barrels and start machine; Open material feeding pump and valve automatically; Close quick material feeding valve on working 1; Close material feeding pump and slow feeding valeve on working 2; Manual load caps in the right position; Capping press; Move manually after capping.
Optional device:
Material feeding pump, exit pressure is 3-5kg and fluid >=16m3/H
