This newly formulated Employee Handbook provides answers to most of the questions one employee may have about ELITE Paint Group and what is expected of our employees. Through this handbook the company wants to ensure that each member in the organization is familiar with the organization's policies and procedures that have been f ...ormed for the benefit of all the employees, and that there is uniformity in information and * handbook records the operational guidelines of various policies with the objective of achieving consistent, uniform and fair interpretation of various policies/procedures at all times.

Some of these are in detail, it is only because the Management prefers not to leave any issues ambiguous. At the same time, you will also find here the high-level guiding principles and values that all employees should believe in and conform to, in order to gain the respect of their colleagues, clients and their competitors.
Considerable amount of time and effort have gone in to putting together these policies and these are designed to improve the quality of life at ELITE PAINT GROUP. If you have any suggestions regarding these or any other policies that you would like to see be implemented, they would be most welcome as they would help us plan for the future.
As this is an up-dated document, all policies applicable hitherto have been included in the manual and at certain places, wherever required, some changes / amendments have been made. Read more
