Efi 'Intergazsintez'

The enterprise with 100% foreign investment InterGazSintez was founded in December the year 2003.
The main aim of the enterprise is the development of innovative, scientific and research, engineering and technical activity to create technologies and organize the production of the modern high quality energy-saving, anticorrosion, flame-retardant and heat-isolated coatings and materials.
One of the first innovations was the development of the technology and organization of the production of stubs for the pipes of a big diameter used in trunk gas pipeline and the first step in the developing of paints was the technological development and starting the production of wearproof acryl paint of the grade SINTEGO-D used for the road marking. This paint for road marking was tested by Kiev laboratory ... Doryakist and has been granted the certificate of accordance.
It is also developed the production of a number of water-dispersed masonry paints with high stability to the atmosphere (weather) impacts as well as with wide colour spectrum.
In the year 2006 the development of technological regulations has finished and the production of a number of anticorrosion coatings of grade Sintego has been started.
On the 12th of September, 2007 the enterprise InterGazSintez has successfully passed the certification of the management system of quality as for the accordance to the international standard ISO 9001:2000 (Bureu Veritas). The enterprise has also received the Certificate of Sertification System UKRSEPRO for the accordance to ISO 9001-2001. The productions of paints, energy-saving, anticorrosion and flame-retardant coatings were certified. InterGazSintez is the third enterprise in Ukraine produces coatings of such specific type.
In January 2008 the production of heat-isolated prime-paint Sintego-OZV was started. The prime-paint is the paint with third class of flame effectiveness. Sintego-OZV is pantented and tested by the Ukrainian Ministry for Emergency Situations.
At present time the attention of the specialists is concentrated in the development of the technology and the establishment of the production of primers and enamels based on modified epoxy resins used in shipbuilding, wagonbuilding and machine-building.
The enterprise has its own modern autopark to improve the service for its partners.
